DJ Scholl

Principal of Investment Capital Corporation has been active in the mortgage finance industry since the mid 1980’s and held a real estate brokers and a commercial appraisers license for over 25 years. In 1991 he founded Investment Capital Corporation in Orleans, Massachusetts.

In 1997, the Massachusetts Governor’s Commission on Employment of People with Disabilities named Scholl an “exemplary employer”. DJ renovated his office facility to accommodate a disabled employee, even though he did not own the building.

In 1998, at a National Cash Flow conference, DJ was also honored as the recipient of the Paladin award, in recognition for his efforts on behalf of the disabled along with a check in the amount of $10,000, which he donated to a charitable fund for disabled children.

For over 34 years as President of Investment Capital Corporation, DJ Scholl has expertly managed more than $100 million in real estate mortgage transactions across the nation. His strategic guidance has empowered individuals and businesses to achieve their financial goals with confidence and success.

Jeff loggins

Jeff Loggins has been in the lending business for over 30 years, including commercial lending with large regional and community banks, not to mention over 20 years in the structured lending and loan buying arena with both commercial banks and Gulfstream Capital Corporation.

Jeff lives and works in the Atlanta area and while a principal at Gulfstream, he has worked to purchase over $300MM of commercial real estate loans over the past 6 years. He also has primary responsibility for managing the senior lending relationships with Gulfstream’s primary lenders, while attempting to develop new senior debt partners.

Prior to joining Gulfstream, Jeff ran the structured lending program for Flag Bank and Century South Bank and provided senior debt to loan buyers, throughout the U.S.  Since 1998, Jeff has been involved in buying or financing over $700MM of commercial real estate loans.
